From recovered paper to new reels
Everything happens at our works in IDA Patancheru, Hyderabad.
Recovered paper comes in
Old cartons, kraft waste and paper scrap are weighed on our weighbridge and graded.
Pulped and cleaned
The paper is pulped in water and screened to take out pins, plastic and sand.
Made into paper
The clean pulp is formed into a sheet, pressed and dried on our paper machine.
Reeled and dispatched
Finished paper is wound into jumbo or custom reels, checked and loaded for delivery.

Recovered paper is our main raw material. Traders, collectors and factories sell their waste paper to us. Each load is weighed on our own weighbridge, graded and paid on agreed terms.
